My name is Rick Ocquet, and I’m owner and President of Brume. I’m Chloé Sobrado, and I’m Marketing Manager. Brume has been around for maybe, I would say, eight or nine years. We live in the winter. We have accessories that are gloves, mitts, and hats. It’s between between fashion and sports. So it’s the hybrid world.
What were your biggest mareting challenges before Glowtify?
I think it’s always hard to… There’s so many platforms and tools and things in marketing, and that it’s hard to centralize. So I think that’s the hard part in marketing, not going all over the place.
How does it feel to have everything unified in one place?
It centralize more everything we do, and especially approving something instead of sending many emails to different stakeholders and trying to get some comments, having everything on the same platform, is something that helps a lot and is a lot less time consuming.
Chloé understands marketing, she understands communication. I don’t. And what’s been happening so far is that it’s a simple way of looking at things that even I can understand when I look at Glowtify.
Do you have a favorite part of using Glowtify?
I like the fact that it’s all in the same thread. So when I would talk to Alexandra and tell her, We need to change this, it was all in the same element. Easily, she could see the thread, I could see an answer, and then I can see the result right away.
Yeah, it’s just helping having all the information in the same place. Have also some history of what we’ve done before. That helps also a lot to to just keep track also and communicate even through the platform with the different person and consultant involved to have all the feedbacks.
Have you seen an impact on team productivity since you adopted Glowtify?
It makes it easier as a team, I think. Even being able to bring some other people that are not working directly in the company and being able to comment our project and everything, that also makes it efficient.
How accessible is Glowtify for users who aren’t comfortable with technology?
Even profiles that are not very techy can use it and it’s quite user-friendly.
What was interesting is when you would send something to be approved and say, Chloe will make changes, I can see, okay, I’ve seen all the changes, I can see the evolution of what was done. It makes it easier to know, okay, yes.
What would you say to another marketing director considering Glowtify?
Yeah, just try it at least or look at the demo because it’s worth it.
From my perspective, not being a tech savvy person, I understand what’s being in front of me. I can understand what the potential is. I can see how our team works a lot better and smoother with it. So yes, if somebody will ask me if they want to work with Glowtify, I said, like Chloé says, Try it. I think you’ll like it.
