Reduce approval-email noise and manage follow-ups
For Teams coordinating approvals across multiple brands
Approval emails now group several pieces approved for the same account, requester, and reviewer within a short period, rather than sending one message per piece. Each item shows its scheduling status and includes a link if it still needs to be planned; a single approval keeps its existing email. Requesters in every workspace can also check manual reminder status and send, queue, bypass, or cancel a reminder. Other content notifications identify a confirmed publishing service instead of guessing.
Why it matters: Batch approvals could quickly fill a reviewer's inbox, while follow-up reminders were harder to manage clearly. Better service labels also make notifications easier to recognize. These updates reduce repeated messages while keeping each content item and its next step visible.
Connect search data and explore SEO performance
For Teams tracking organic search performance and site visibility
Google Search Console is now available as a connector, so teams can link an account and choose a property. Search & AI performance adds SEO results from connected data, and Analyst can answer questions about those metrics in authorized workspaces. If a connection is missing, Glowtify points members to the connector page for that same workspace. Existing account permissions and subscription requirements remain in place.
Why it matters: Without a direct Search Console connection, teams had fewer ways to bring their own search metrics into Glowtify, and investigating changes meant switching between tools. Connecting a property and exploring its SEO results with Analyst makes that information easier to find and act on in one workspace.
Choose what counts as a Google Analytics conversion
For Teams measuring website leads and sales in Google Analytics
Google Analytics connections now support a customer-selected conversion definition, including tracked key events, online purchases when observed, or qualified visits where available. A saved selection is used consistently in current and comparison reporting. Connection assistance, automatic qualified-visit defaults, and notifications for verified conversion changes are now available across stores, while account access and provider data availability remain respected.
Why it matters: Teams previously had limited control over which site actions counted as conversions, and setup and monitoring were not available across all stores. Choosing the events that matter and seeing verified changes in context makes website results easier to interpret and follow up on.
Turn marketing priorities into campaign-ready actions
For Marketing teams translating business goals into campaigns
Marketing Priorities is now available to every customer in Business DNA → Goals. Teams can review goals and progress, use proposals from Brand Strategist or document-derived suggestions, and apply selected proposals to tasks and campaigns. Shopify-connected information keeps its existing protections, so broader access does not change how those values are managed.
Why it matters: Previously, teams without access to the section could not easily turn stated goals into concrete work. Bringing priorities and recommendations together makes it easier to move from business objectives to planned campaigns while preserving the rules for Shopify-managed information.
Explore ideas and organize them in one place
For Teams turning customer feedback into planned content
Idea Board and Browse are now available in the Ideate area for every workspace. Members can revisit saved ideas on the board and explore current suggestions in Browse using their existing workspace access. The release makes those destinations consistently reachable; it does not change the separate rules that govern how ideas are generated.
Why it matters: Teams could have ideas captured in the product without a consistent way to return to the board or browse suggestions from their workspace. Bringing both destinations into Ideate makes it easier to find and organize ideas without changing who can request additional generation.
Open Library first when adding images
For Marketing teams reusing brand assets across content
For workspace uploads, Library is now the starting point across single-image, multi-image, carousel, and attachment pickers. Members can still choose Computer uploads and other sources available to their workspace, including Templates and Reference Images. Admin uploads without workspace context remain limited to Computer. Teams get one predictable place to begin while keeping the sources they already use.
Why it matters: Previously, different upload dialogs could start in different places or hide sections available elsewhere, so teams had to switch sources or repeat choices to find a saved image. A consistent starting point makes reusable brand assets easier to reach without removing authorized alternatives.
Disconnect one LinkedIn page without affecting others
For Agencies managing multiple LinkedIn company pages
Disconnecting a LinkedIn company page now removes only the selected store’s local connection. Other stores linked through the same LinkedIn member and app keep their own connections, so a change to one brand does not unexpectedly take another offline. The existing cleanup for the disconnected store remains in place, and the action still requires access to that store.
Why it matters: Previously, disconnecting one store could disrupt another brand using the same LinkedIn member, forcing teams to reconnect accounts and risking interruptions across their publishing work. Limiting the change to the selected store keeps a routine connection update from becoming a problem for other brands.
Use PDF details in offering imports
For Marketing teams importing product offerings from PDFs
Offering imports can now read PDF files and document links without a file extension through the regular import experience. Product information already kept in those documents can flow into an offering record for later content work, instead of depending on browser actions that cannot handle the source. Existing import limits and featured-image behavior for other sources remain unchanged.
Why it matters: When key product details live in a PDF, an import that cannot read the link forces marketers to copy information by hand or abandon the workflow. Supporting these documents makes existing product information easier to reuse without changing how other web pages are imported.
